Work-Based Learning:

Work-Based Learning (WBL) placements represent the pinnacle of the CTAE experience. Students must have a defined career pathway to participate in WBL and will work with their teachers and employers to create customized training plans designed to guide and track student skill development.

Options for Work-Based Learning placements include:

  • Youth Apprenticeship (YA)
  • Cooperative Education
  • Internship
  • Employability Skills Development (ESD)
  • Great Promise Partnership (GPP)

An application is required and may be obtained from the WBL Coordinator in the P.R.E.P. Academy.
