When can my student return to school after illness?
Students must be fever free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication (Tylenol, Advil, Motrin, etc.) before they can return to school after an illness. Students must be vomiting and diarrhea free for 24 hours without the use of medications before returning to school after an illness.

Clinic Card Information
An updated clinic card must be signed by the parent/guardian each school year for medication to be administered in the school clinic.
Medical Information
Parents are responsible for immediately notifying the school nurse of any new allergies or medical conditions that should be monitored at school.
Any student with a seizure diagnosis is required to have a Seizure Action Plan signed by his/her physician in place at the start of each school year as required by law. Contact the school nurse for further information.
Insulin dependent diabetic students are required to have an updated Diabetes Medical Management Plan signed by his/her physician in place at the start of each school year as required by law. Contact the school nurse for further information.
